We are a coffee shop with a children’s play area and a market. The job will require sharing duties across each area. We will be opening up the business in stages this summer starting with the coffee shop. Pending on permits, we plan to open early August. Our grand opening is planned for autumn 2026.

Responsibilities include:

• providing exceptional customer service, helping create and maintain a positive café experience for customers and co-workers

• handle customer transactions, taking orders and operate point-of-sale systems

• prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee drinks and other beverages, maintaining consistently high standards of quality

• operate and maintain espresso machines and grinders, and other equipment ensuring optimal performance

• maintain clean, hygienic and safe work areas which includes but is not limited to cleaning bathrooms clearing tables, washing dishes, sweeping, and cleaning the play area

• work efficiently during peak service times and manage high volumes of coffee orders

• assist with managing stock levels by checking inventory and restocking coffee supplies or market as needed

• become knowledgeable of the products served and sold (this will apply to the items served in the coffee shop & retail)

• must be able to stand for extended periods, walk, bend down frequently and capable to lift 50 lbs regularly

• going over rules and helping families sign into the play area
